Guest guest
For my son, it is usually phenol overload and/or food intolerances(particularly wheat). Have you tried the no-phenol enzyme? Madhuri > > What can cause an appearance of dark circles under the eyes in a 4 year old? He's on supplements (many), we're at the very beginning of chelation (4 rounds)... For whatever reason I'm thinking adrenal fatigue? He has mentioned on several occasions (this is pretty recent as well as circles) to us that he's tired. Guest guest
Apples and bananas are high-phenolic foods. If there is a phenol overload, then you may have to cut down on these. For almost 2.5 years my kids didn't eat bananas or apples.Yeah..tough! Dana's website has good info on no-phenol and you can also look at www.enzymestuff.com. I read that for kids with high-phenol issues, the PST enzyme/pathway is broke which causes the build-up of phenols. You may also want to add molybdenum and see if it helps. Guest guest
Proper chelation will not pull enough minerals during a round (especially low dose/high frequency) to lead to symptoms from what I've heard. That is kind of a DAN! myth. What are you using? Do you up the minerals during the round or after? I think any dark circles for us is lack of sleep from waking him up twice at night plus general physical stress from mobilizing metals. Perhaps you see improvements after the round because sleep is uninterupted? My $.02. Pam > > > > > > > > > > > > What can cause an appearance of dark circles under the eyes in a 4 year old? Guest guest
My daughter gets the darks cicles after every round. I don't know what else it could be. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > What can cause an appearance of dark circles under the eyes in a 4 year old? Guest guest
Irene, we have the same issues - dark circles since we started chelation. How much milk thistle would you recommend giving to a 40 lbs child and how frequently (all the time, only on round, how many times a day)? Thank you Lena ________________________________ From: iflow97 <iflow97@...> Sent: Sun, April 11, 2010 8:15:40 PM Subject: [ ] Re: Dark circles under eyes These are all good suggestions. However, I would add in liver distress. When we first chelated my son would get these dark circles by the end of each round. After I upped his liver support (milk thistle usually) the dark circles abated. Guest guest
We have always given milk thistle every day, three times a day with meals (which is when our son gets his supps). Our son weighs 40 lbs, we use Country Life milk thistle in glycerite form - we give him one full dropper of that 3 x a day. I guess you have to find what works best for your child in what dosage. But for our son this works well. Irene > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > What can cause an appearance of dark circles under the eyes in a 4 year old? Guest guest
Have you moms tried the hot castor oil packs to support liver? It is not invasive, it is soothing and can be done without the fear of expecting negatives. If your kids tolerate pineapple, fresh squeezed pineapple juice in the morning (add a couple of drops olive oil) also helps clear the liver. I have also used BOLDO tea (sold at homeopathic shops) on myself and can tell you it doesn't taste bad and is very efficient for liver wellness. Good luck Isa Enviado desde mi oficina móvil BlackBerry® de Telcel [ ] Re: Dark circles under eyes We have always given milk thistle every day, three times a day with meals (which is when our son gets his supps).
