I use this daily. A while back someone suggested to someone...sorry having a senior moment, that they put cayenne pepper on everything...LOL..I took this to heart and now do just that. I put it on meat, eggs (if cooked), veggies, fish and even fruit. Last night I had some cantelope with a little sea salt and cayenne...it was yummy!! I haven't tried the garlic, olive oil on the feet yet, but will definitly try this too. I imagine that this would work wonders for a cold but haven't had one for over two years now. My sister is getting me a gallon of extra virgin olive oil at Sam's club and it is only $16.00...at that price, I can afford to swim in it.
