Guest guest
.....because just keeping up with xolair is enough to drive your blood pressure up. It usually arrives at my house by UPS in the morning so something told me to call the shipper and sure enough they had the date incorrect despite the fact we had spoken and confirmed yesterday to be the shipping date. OK today worked for me but tomorrow does not but if I am to take injections on Friday, then I need the delivery tomorrow. So then they said they had to check and see if they could ship it out tomorrow and I told them I did not care if the President of the company had to box it himself and take it to Fed Ex that " NO " since they made an error was not acceptable. The entire conversation was as if Accredo did not give a darn when I received it. So now I had to get stressed and am stressing if I will actually receive the product tomorrow. I will be a day late as it is. I am already on the fence about Xolair. Where do they find these people who work in the medical profession? Do they have to pass some sort of test which shows that they have no empathy?
