other meds - sometimes, sometimes not

Most days I take no asthma meds at all, thanks to Xolair. However,

EVERY day I have to take high blood pressure medicine, thank you years

of prednisone.

It can vary, though. We are having a fall season with a lot of weather

changes, so I have had to up the daily medicine anti to flonase and

Advair 500 minimum. I had a bad few days earlier in the month, so I

added pulmicort and nebbed (Xopenex) for a couple of days. Did not

need any pred or antibiotic.

I've gone from needing pred and antibiotics about 9 times a year to an

average of twice a year. The last time I needed them was the beginning

of April of this year.
