Hey folks...

I came across this either earlier today or yesterday (days mesh

together for me)

Anyway, there is some useful info to help save money regarding medical

costs. I found some ideas beneficial, some I already use, such as the

Flex spending account.

My wish to each and every one of you is to find something of use as well
