December 22 I told my xolair nurse that my Rx insurance was changing

January 1. I gave her my new Rx card and she took care of the rest.

I got an email today from Medco telling me that my 3 months or Xolair

is on the way and the 50.00 copay charged to my bank card.

It SHOULD be this easy for everyone but unfortunately it isn't :(

My doctor has 20 xolair patients so he hired one nurse to do

everything. Getting patients certified, filing the insurance,

ordering, mixing, setting appointments and giving the shots. She does

it all and quite well too.

I wish everyone in the group had such good medical professionals as my

doctor and his xolair nurse.
