No, but I have had 2 neck fusion surgeries a hernia procedure and a

gall bladder removal with no problems.

I am now undergoing a 6 month medically supervised diet as a precursor to

bypass. I am not 100 pounds overweight, but do have hypertension and apnea. I

am not sold on the surgery yet, but looking seriously. I am a cooking

instructor with the local 4H and have taken blue ribbons for my bread. You can

guess what type of relationship I have with food. Still, the idea of living

another 50 years is appealing!
