approval update and well just venting

My daughters allergist appt. was 3/9. At this time he was going to sumit to our

ins. for xolair approval for my dd for her asthma but more so in hopes of

helping her AD.

I got a call from their office last Monday asking me if I was interested in

getting xolair shots at which time I ask if this meant my dd was approved. The

girl didnt know what I was talking about and said someone would get back to me.

I waited a couple days called back and was told again someone whould get back to

me. Finally today a nurse called and said curiscrpt(Xolain pharm) never got

the original order and they refaxed it today and it would take about 2-3 weeks

before they would hear anything....aahhh. Meanwhile my dauhgter is suffering

and now it will take even longer to get approved and for the xolair to kick in.

It seems like something is preventing her from starting this..I don't know maybe

a higher power??? I am so frustrated and questioning if this is even the right

thing to do.

I made an appt. for Monday with a holistic group that combines with western

medicine. They look at the whole person not just symptoms. who knows maybe

something will come of it. The first visit is 90 minutes and expensive(not

covered by out ins). Ill let you know how it go's.

anyone here ever been to a holistic dr.?
