Guest guest
Hi everyone! I have been using the organic coconut oil for my sinuses for quite a while now...this is what I do: 1. Take a Q-tip and dip it into the c.o. so that a large amount is on the end. 2.Carefully place it a little into my nostril. This I do lying down with my head tilted back since the c.o. melts from the warmth of my breath and will drip down my face if I am upright. 3. Do this to both nostrils. 4. I lie on my back with my head hanging off the edge of the bed so that I do not strain my neck muscles. This allows the c.o. to melt far into the top of your sinus cavities. 5. Turn over onto my stomach and lean my head over the edge of the bed again. I allow mine to rest on my hands on the floor. This allows the coconut oil to coat all of the sinuses. 6. In a minute or so , slowly get upright. I do this whenever I feel sinus pressure or a sinus headache coming on. I discovered this when I treated myself for oil eye ducts glands were not functioning well ( I could not find 1 specialist who could help me resolve my eye dryness and pain ) . After doing this treatment I no longer use any eye drops or lubrication for my eyes and my sinuses stay completely clear. ** Sometimes it may feel more irritated the 1st time I try it because it kills off so much infection at once. But I find if I continue, it will heal very quickly.**** Wishing you a wonderful spring...

Guest guest
, I have a bump on the inside rim of my eye lid and my eye doctor told me it was one of the glands that sucretes lubrication for the eye. And when it gets enlarged with a bump that means it's blocked. Is that what you have? And if so how do you apply coconut oil to cure it? I also have dry eyes and one eye especiallly is irritated alot and no one is helping me with it either. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks, Carri <dreamin2bncapri@...> wrote: Hi everyone! Guest guest
Good morning, Since it's off topic weekend and I have sinus infection, I thought I'd ask anew what home remedies and palliative care some of you are using when you have sinus infections or episodes. Anything to lessen the misery! Addy Group co-owner
