Decreasing Effectiveness of Xolair?

Hi all,

I've been on Xolair since January of this year. My first 6 weeks or so were

phenomenal. I took a case of bronchitis in mid February. Since then my peak

flows have been in the very low yellow zone with a few drops into the red. Can

Xolair start off strong and then diminish? Another oddity in my environment is

that I live about 60 miles from the volcano going off in Alaska. We have a fair

amount of 'volcanic haze' which is a mix of volcanic gasses and ash. I'm on

steroids and increased nebs. My breathing was declining before the eruptions

started, though. Thanks for the input.
