Guest guest
After many noticeable abuses of my xolair at doctor's office--ie it is stored in a mini fridge which is constantly opened, not mixed by a nurse who is trained on xolair, not sure if the xolair is even placed immediately in the fridge when they receive it, I took matters in my own hands this time and had xolair delivered to me and paid a nurse to inject me at home. Guess what? It worked better than ever. It seems to work very well for me over the last 4 years, YMMV. I also have Reglan 5 mg if I have an " episode " of GERD which occurs maybe once every two months, 1 Reglan and it goes away. I am aware of a FDA black box on Reglan, but for my occasional use I am not concerned. My GERD symptoms seemed to have diminished greatly since I started Xolair over 3 years ago and although I still take a lot of meds, My quality of life has improved to the point I would not want to stop the Xolair, everything is relative.
