Guest guest
Many, many people in my area are suffering with sinus infections lately. Several in my choir (I am a music minister) are on their 2nd and 3rd rounds of antibiotics and hopefully, they will be ready to sing next week during our Easter Musical. My wife has never had it this bad in her life. She will be seeing the ENT again this week. Personally, I have been BLESSED tp NOT had ANY problems with sinuses and throat poblems. I don't know it it is the regular allergy shots and XOLAIR twice a week that is keeping me infection free or what but I am very grateful. In my opinion (of course I am NOT a doctor, just a patient) I think it is the wierd weather we are having this year. 70 degrees one day and 30 the next. The plant life starts pollinating then gets confused. Thursday and Friday it was a warm 70 degrees with pollen everywhere. Yesterday, it was a cold and windy 40 and today it is in the 30's. I think allergy has a lot to do with it too. I am going to see if we can get my wife started on allergy shots since she now has good insurance. My prayers go out to you who are suffering hard with this. Hang in there, Doug Group founder On xolair since August 2003
