Loss of Xolair benefits

Greetings, all. I've been on Xolair for 1 year and had very quick and

almost miraculous results, both in terms of asthma and what had been almost

crippling sinus problems. A year later, I continue to get great benefits

from an asthma point of view--great peak flows, very clear lungs, no need

for pred for 10 months --all in all an amazing result given my history.

But about 4 months ago, my sinuses started getting worse (I had a sense of

smell for almost 8 months--the first time this had happened for decades)

and I am now back to my pre-xolair misery. Has anyone else experienced

this split in xolair's effects between lungs and sinuses? I'm on the verge

of needing a course of evil candy.
