Guest guest
I experience the same thing--the worst thick nasal junk which I constantly have to " hock " out of my throat but mine does migrate to the lungs, etc. I do take generic CVS guisenophen which is immediately released unlike Mucinex. My pulmonogist says Mucinex thins Nasal drainage only and not what is in the lungs. Do you use Sinus Rinses--sometimes using Sinus Rinse makes my drainage more pronounced. Guest guest
i'll have to check out teh CVS brand once my HUGE (costco sized) bottle of mucinex runs out. i'll have to start taking notice on the spoo-sinus rinse connection. thinking about it, i don't have as much mucus today, and i forgot to rinse this morning. (mondays are SO hard!!) i feel like a ticking timebomb, just waiting for the spoo to head south! thanks for the CVS tip! heather > > I experience the same thing--the worst thick nasal junk which I constantly have to " hock " out of my throat but mine does migrate to the lungs, etc. > I do take generic CVS guisenophen which is immediately released unlike Mucinex. Guest guest
Mucinex thins mucus, always a good thing b/c it keeps it moving and less likely to stick around and get infected. Guest guest
I'll look for those. I like Tazo Chai tea with a little sugar, cinnamon, and milk. Also Tazo Zen, without any sweetener or milk. Tazo Chai's got herbs in it, and it's pretty good for bringing up gunk.
