Guest guest
Thank you , you articulated that quite nicely. By the way, Olive Leaf extract is excellent...It, along with Artemesia Annua cured me of babesia without any awful drugs. My blood came back clean as a whistle. Guest guest
Joyce, I don't think anyone is objecting to your " faith " . The objection seems to be using references to it on the list. This is a place for people who have HEALTH related issues, particularly Candida, not " FAITH " issues. If you need to refrain your faith by shouting it from the roof top, please do so in the appropriate place so those who want to listen can gather to hear the sermon. How you sing your messages is a personal thing, and if you chose to include a reference to your beliefs at that point it should be acceptable. However I would question how some of you would react if someone was to sign " Hare Krishna " or " Jai Sat-chit-anand " (Truth is the consciousness of bliss) instead of some Christian refrence. I prefer to simply sign most of the time, In Health, Sincerely, Re: STOPPING > From: " burrows4 " <burrows4@...> > > To the benefit of all here, though not wanting to be less than cordial to > anyone, if there is a need to object to my faith, feel free to voice so by > privately emailing me. Guest guest
Hi , I noticed your salutation previously when you used it and didn't find a personal need to draw attention to it. Since you have asked me though, my thinking is use whatever best reveals you to us in closing and signing your name. My thinking is just say thank you when someone offers something that is helpful to them in their overall healing(body, soul, spirit)...or say nothing at all. Drawing attention to it and degrading a person or people of a certain faith through name calling or telling them to shut up in an effort to gain self-respect has no place here. If that had been taken as a choice initially, we wouldn't be having this off topic conversation. Here is something I read today on truth... All TRUTH Goes Through Three Stages, First, it is ridiculed, Then, it is violently opposed, Finally, it is accepted as SELF EVIDENT " . Schopenauer(whoever that is) Thanks so much for sharing. Your harassment goes way beyond just signing your name, but you are only making yourself look stupid. Every religion in the world claims they are the one true religion. It gets tiresome. It is a blood parasite, related to Malaria. I live in a highly Lyme disease endemic area and now the ticks are carrying babesia also. The standard treatment is Larium which is an anti-malarial with horrible side effects. I declined to put those kind of chemicals in my body and was given an alternative treatment, which worked beautifully with minimal side effects. Anything else you'd like to know? I had a blood test and they found the babesia...not much is known about it yet, really. There is a test that Igenix (I think i spelled the name of the lab wrong but you know who I mean) does for babesia that they describe on their website. Artemesia is also called ''sweet annie'...I had a hard time finding info on it online, I don't remember where I finally found it. Try doing a search maybe...if you have no luck let me know and I'll try to find something for you. -MicHeLLe
Guest guest
Hi Mark- I've been on Xolair since Aprl, so not very log. I skipped two doses in summer because of vacation schedules and I've skipped a dose this month because of insurance stubbornness. I find that clarity comes back a little and I also need my rescue inhaler. In summer I needed prednisone. I had stopped Qvar80 because the Xolair made it so I didn't need both. I have started Qvar again just in the last few days because I have shortness of breath. Maybe Xolair was doing more than you'd like to admit. -----Original Message----- From: tinman4jesus <mark@...> Sent: Wed, Oct 21, 2009 12:45 pm Subject: [ ] Stopping Anyone have any experience or info on stopping Xolair? Here's a quick overview of my story. I tried it for 2 years without noticable improvement in my asthma. I only noticed popping ears and occassional back pain after each shot. After 2 years (July 09) I decided to stop. Well, bad news and discouragement so far. Since July I have been on and off prednisone for increased shortness of breath and using my " rescue inhaler " frequently. It seems that this correlates directly with stopping Xolair. Hmmmm. Any ideas how long this will take to " settle down " ? Should I consider re-starting and gradually stopping? Anyone have anything on this? Thanks, Mark
Guest guest
I have been off of Xolair since July 2009 as well. I am still on allergy shots. It is a bit miraculous that I made it to " maintenance dose " and now I am taking the (desensitizing )allergy shots once a month. It's a miracle because I have never in my life been able to make it even half way to a maintenance dose. I wonder if Xolair helped me get to this point of being able to get allergy shots on a monthly basis because I was on Xolair monthly since 2004 or so. The allergist took me off Xolair as sort of an experiment and because of my family history of heart disease, etc. Since stopping Xolair, I feel only slightly " off " - like just having a tiny bit less stamina to do physical activities . (Then again, I don't know if that is due to age or my diabetes??) In our household, there were a couple of rounds of coughs and colds where I had to slightly increase my oral steroids and taper off after a few days. I fought off both infections with no antibiotics which wouldn't have been possible even 2 years back. This is just my experience so far. btw, has anyone been able to get the Swine Flu vaccine? I realize that is off topic, but I am just wondering how to get it since none of the doctors' offices have it yet. Good luck to all > > Anyone have any experience or info on stopping Xolair? Guest guest
Thanks Mac! I'm doing the allergy shots also, but have gotten way off track because of being sick the last couple of months off and on. Will continue to persue those though, especially hearing so many positive stories about allergy injections. Mark M > > > > Anyone have any experience or info on stopping Xolair?
