i still have not understood precisely what DSMO does other than get in the blood streem rapidly. but what does it do after it gets there?

Also to Marilyn... i noted earlier that i don't have migraines anymore.. but, occasionally my head will start to ache if i sit at the computer with my shoulders forward and head back too long and if i sleep with my head back rather than properly aligned with my spine.

Hi,My husband had a migraine headache. He was prone to seeing spots before his eyes, then one heck of a headache would follow. On this day, the migraine was in full swing. I asked if he would try a dab of DMSO on each temple in the hollow? He said he would but didn't believe it would help. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes and asked how his headache was? He was shocked it had disappeared. We did this from then on and he never had another one of those spells.Baugh
