Guest guest
Hi, Doug. I know how you feel. I have been under the weather and home construction. So guess where I ended up for 5 day because the people said that others have allergies and could be in construction and so could I. I ended up in the hospital and am on 40 mgs of predisone since April 20. Also, nebulizing every 3 hours. but I did get my shot. I went today and it is the first time in a while I could inhale without coughing my head off. My doctor was very happy and is putting me down to 30 mg of evil candy.  I am glad a catholic hospital helped you. Will keep in touch. Also, everything is blooming here in Chicago..... Even though I am not spending much time outside.  As Always, Sr. Volz, C.R. Guest guest
Who told you that you could be around construction? I surely can not...not even caulk. BTW does anyone know of a non chemical smelling low Voc caulking compound? I went to the Catholic Hospital because it is the best in the area out of 3. I was so sick I had to go by ambulance as an emergency. I was running 103 temp and was extremely dehydrated. The closest Baptist Hospital is in North Little Rock 2.4 hours away. A little far LOL! )) Doug
Guest guest
Hi, The people I live with they are former nurses and other medical personal. I did tell them that the doctor said that she is going to hospitalize me unless I stay away and that is how I ended up in the hospital. I am on 30 mgs of predisone and nebulize about every three to four hours. The construction is removing old galvinized pipes and taking off wall paper and painting the bedrooms and bathrooms. And painting or repainting the corridors and replacing and lowering the ceilings. I was to that others in the house have allergies and they are having no or minor problems.  Yes, one more thing is I am a Sister, or Nun. So obedience works into the whole mix. And this is not the first time that they have done remodeling with me in the house.  All I can say is Oh, well. I at one point was nebulizing once or twice a day and no evil candy. Now I am taking things real easy.  All for now.  Sr. Pat, C.R.
