As a close personal friend of Lee Kitchens for 30 years, and a partner in

his scooter business, Lee and I acquired these scooters together before he

passed away. After his untimely death, they came into my possession.

We now are selling them at such a low price to carry out Lee's mission of

getting these scooters into the hands of as many little people as possible,
