Guest guest
Hello All, Just FYI - the recommendation for the upcoming H1N1 vaccine is that for anyone over the age of 10 who has a chronic condition, works in the medical field, is around kids etc..., to get 1 vaccine. Due to my immune system's poor past performance, my Pulmonologist said 'it wouldn't hurt' me to get 2 vaccines like kids under 10. He said to make sure they are at least 21 days apart and of course to get the regular flu shot too (its never been recommended that I get the pneumonia shot for some reason). This is just something that I thought I should share so that the rest of you can ask your doctors if you should get 2 as well.
