the free rice web site was shown on one of the nightly news shoes...ie.

60 minutes... But I forget exactly which one. They attested to it's

crediablity and background. They show where middle school and high

school kids have participated and competed using their knowledge of

vocabulary to contribute to world hunger....I've promoted it amoung my

fellow teachers and a learning experience for the students when they go

to the computer lab.
