i'm not sure what the noises you hear are, but if the dr says they're related to

the sinus congestion, have you tried a decongestant (if you can tolerate them)

or something like mucinex? maybe that will help? are you using a sinus rinse?

that might help too.

hope it goes away. it sure does sound like it would be annoying!

I have tried everything I can. I have also found that if I take a small piece of

cotton and put it in my ears then the sounds lessens. It is in both ears and

sometimes I can move my head and it will go away for a few seconds. It is nerve

wrecking. I got up this morning at 4:00 am. because I could not sleep for it.

I do not think that is the issues because I use the Simply Saline that sprays

and it only goes right in and comes back out. I use it occassionally but not all

the time. I can turn my neck and it will stop and start right back.

JMHO but I think you need a check-up because your symptoms can be many things.

Hi, 

When my ears do this I have my dentist check my jaw.  I have a bad jaw.  The

only one who can detect it is a dentist or TMJ specialist.  Or an oral

surgeon?  I would get it checked out especially if it is all the time.  I

would also watch what you eat. nothing that you have to chew a lot.

I have an appt with the ENT on the 18th of January. That is the earliest that I

can see him. I am also going to see the pulmanologist before then. My GP will

treat it but she knows that my ears are always full of fluid.
