question about sinus reactiom

I'm at the beginning of my shots.I've had 2 sets of shots over the last 3

weeks...150mgs in each arm. I came down with a sinus issue that resulted in a

severe sore throat, ear pain and some buzzing in my head. My allergist put me on

a penicillin to clear up. My question is- is this fairly common with the start

of Xolair? And, hopefully, does it go away? Other than that, I am able to work

out again and have lost about 10 lbs in the last 3 weeks. My breathing seems

better. Is this possible in such a short time?
