My left ear was clogged a few weeks ago

I had a mild case of the flu and awoke one morning to find that my left ear was

stopped up. The hearing was faint in it and it was driving me crazy. My PCP

gave me an Rx for Flonase but it didn't do a thing.

I got an appointment with my ENT. He said it would eventually clear up on it's

own after a few weeks or he could unstop it for me. I said " let's get it over

with. "

The deadened the area, stuck a small needle through the ear drum and sucked the

fluid out. OUCH! I was instantly hearing better.

I NEVER have ear problems. This was the first time and don't want to do that

again!!!
