Upcoming District 2 Regional - Plymouth Meeting, PA. March 28-30

The upcoming District 2 Spring regional will be in Plymouth Mtg, PA on

March 28-30 (2 weeks from today) at the Double Tree Hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel which accommodated the D2 regional a couple

of years ago. The hotel had been recently refurbished and upgraded

with beautiful rooms, an indoor pool, adjacent to the mall and a

restaurant inside the hotel (I think there is a Starbucks too).

The Doubletree is an all suite hotel. LPA rates are as follows: single

/ double $93 per night, triple $103 per night, and quad $113 per

night. Breakfast is complimentary on Sat. and Sun. for two to our

reserved hotel guests. You MUST be registered for the regional to get

the special LPA rate.

There are plans for a children's room, Teen Pool event, a Teen Bowling

Party and a DJ (Willie ) both Friday and Saturday night. On

Friday night, there will be a Wine Tasting social - that has been a

great success in the past. The Banquet will have an Irish theme in

honor of St. 's Day with a performance from the Lynn Academy of

Irish Dance that will include D2's own Little.

Workshops include a Spine Issues workshop with Dr. Bober, Occupational

Therapy, Dwarf Pregnancy and a presentation by Barbara Spiegel on the

LPA Community Outreach Program.
