Marilyn,

I just wanted to let you know that loss of sagebrush is the reason the the pygmy

rabbit is endangered. Maybe you could spread the word and get your neighbors to

stop burning it. You could save some bunnies and your lungs.

Breathe deep,

Doug, Can sure relate to the smokey conditions. Hope it does not cause

you any serious issues. I live in a more rural area outside of Phoenix and

frequently my neighbors burn off the sagebrush. Not the same as trees as it

burns quickly, but sure makes great smoke! Just curious, noticed on one of the

posts that your last name is the same as some of my relatives in Stamps (Ark.)

That would be a coincidence! Marilyn

, How nice to hear from you. I will be leaving here tomorrow so may not

get a chance to share this with my neighbors. My air filter is being taken out

in the morning and I have to go where it goes. On the bright side, there were

only two bunnies when we moved here a year ago, and now there are many-many-many

more! Be in good health, Marilyn
