1 2/3 cup organic cane sugar

1/2 cup organic lite sour cream (you can omit the sour cream and add

another 1/2 cup of Applesauce)

1/2 cup organic apple sauce

2/3 cup ground organic cocoa powder (i used Ah-laska)

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1 cup of water

2 1/4 cup EE Sprouted Wheat Flour

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

Pre-heat oven to 350 deg; grease and flour 2 round cake pans, or one

3 qt oblong pan.

In large mixing bowl combine first 7 ingredients until completely

blended and smooth.

combine all dry ingredients then add slowly into other ingredients

until blended then beat on high speed about 3 minutes.

Pour batter into pans and bake at 350 for 30 to 35minutes or until

toothpick inserted comes out clean. (I Checked mine at 30 and it was

done perfect)

Allow to cool for at least 1 minutes then remove from pan.

My cake came out so moist it really didnt need any frosting. I cut

it into squares and used a little bit of Chocolate glaze on the top

so i could add some shredded coconut or minced almonds.
