Hi Taffy:

I have recently been taking Solaray Lutein 18mg and that contains no

zeaxanthin, but prior to that, my Lutein supplement had a zeaxantin

component in it... don't know how much. Recently, I added 4mg of

zeaxanthin alone from Swanson. Along with all of that, I have recently

been eating a lot more raw eggs in my Whey smoothies (as many as 4/day)

and I recently read where yolks also contain zeaxanthin, so it is

difficult to quantify.

In any case, this is a welcome outcome. I am looking forward to

throwing out my readers entirely... I always hated these things.

Regards,

Jim
