Guest guest
A few dry coconut shell pieces are put in a bowel of water and bring it to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Now your coconut shell tea is ready. This is a very good remedy for bringing blood sugar down. If you take it every day for about a month, your weight will be reduced to about 8 pounds. Similarly the side roots of the coconut tree above the ground level is also used to make tea which is also good for reducing blood sugar and weight. This is used in Kerala as a home remedy for diabetes and over weight. Prof.P.J.ph.

Guest guest
Hi This is a reply to an old post, but I need to know if the coconut shell mentioned here is the hard brown shell that cover the white edible part or the outer green. Could be mature or young? I live in an island plenty of coconut trees and this clarification would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.
