This one is so unusually smooth.

Its Direct Micro Expelling that was developed by Dr Dan Etherington at the

Australian National University.

It allows indigenous people to " produce a raw, fresh tasting, water clear

coconut oil " right on their own property or farm !

I keep trying coconut oils. This one is by far my favorite so far. The one I

have is distributed by a company with installations in British Columbia, Canada.
