I have used VRPO for about 5 years now. I live in the sub-tropics (Hong Kong)

and my kitchen is often 35 deg C (90+F). I have never refrigerated it and it

keeps fine. Yes the taste is not as nice as VCO but I actually prefer it in

stir-fried veggies and in curries and chillis.
