I know.

From the angle of gut dysbiosis you are right in being too strict No No on

carbs. But after the gut is fixed some mono-saccharides can be started.

From the angle of blood, where diabetes or pre-diabetic impaired glucose

tolerance ( the hypoglycemic curve of fasting glucose tolerance test ) are the

issues, we have to keep the glycemic index in our food low.

Ratan, only some brain cells require glucose; most of your cells readily

burn fats as the preferred fuel. You get glucose energy out of hundreds of

low-carbohydrate, high-nutrient-density vegetables, and also by breaking down

proteins and other non-carbohydrate sources primarily in the liver, in a process

called gluconeogenesis. :)
