Guest guest
I know. From the angle of gut dysbiosis you are right in being too strict No No on carbs. But after the gut is fixed some mono-saccharides can be started. From the angle of blood, where diabetes or pre-diabetic impaired glucose tolerance ( the hypoglycemic curve of fasting glucose tolerance test ) are the issues, we have to keep the glycemic index in our food low. ------------- Ratan Singh, Phone: 91 141 2652561, mail: ratanpsych@... - Certificate in Food & Nutrition; Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education; Life Member, Nutrion Soc. You get glucose energy out of hundreds of low-carbohydrate, high-nutrient-density vegetables, and also by breaking down proteins and other non-carbohydrate sources primarily in the liver, in a process called gluconeogenesis. all good, Duncan > > Yu are right Duncan. But what do you say to people who ask " How do you get glucose for energy if you don't take no carb or sugar? " > -----------
