Hi Tina,

Boy, that is an awful problem! have never had this happen, but I just wonder if

something topical might help relieve the insane itching? It would appear to me

also to be a detox symptom and something is trying to get out of you through

your skin. Topical CO might help attack from the outside what is exiting her

skin and relieve it faster. Or maybe something else might help. Swab with

peroxide, or soak in a detox bath like bentonite clay or celtic sea salt to pull

that junk out. Are you drinking enough water, too?

Hi all,

I started extra virgin coconut oil 2-3 x now.

Seems that everytime I get onto it, despite starting slowly (not the first time)

I get all over body under my skin itch, hives etc by about 1.5 - 2 week mark.

Especially everytime I eat something.

I take it with food usually, and this time, was taking a much smaller amount..

when I had started with a tablespoon adn worked up to 3-4 tablespoons in a week

or so, omg, I started getting insanely itchy picky on the inside of my skin all

over.

I have been told this is not allergy or anything but detox/healing reactions.

Please help with your experiences, is this something that is common when

starting evco?

I am about 1.5 weeks in now, and even got some hives, and feel so hellishly

uncomfortable, cannot sit still, antsy under skin, stingy, itchy burning under

skin, in hands, sole, all over, burning skin on neck/jawline..

Please offer your experiences.

Tina :o)
