Guest guest
Snoring is usually caused because of sleep apnea. There are some good dentists who can make devices for this or doctors, you can go to a sleep lab if you have insurance. Avoid surgery. Before going to bed, clear the sinuses. Also run Oxygen Stimulation on Biofeedback all night long. Good luck, snoring Hi,I know I saw a snoring icon on the QXCI but I couldn't find it. Does anyone have a protocol for snoring? ALso, any other remedies that have helped others? My husband is trying to avoid the surgery. Thanks in advance,JPS I have learned more from this room than even my supposed support person. Guest guest
One of my relatives had the surgery felt ill for several weeks after and worst of all still snores loudly! I would also look to see if is there a cranial problem or a underlying thyroid condition (perhaps iodine deficiency) that could be part of the problem. Guest guest
Before I got a CPAP, I did say " I am now removing sleep apnea from all my bodies " as part of my daily protocol, and noticed pretty quickly that I wasn't waking up 3-5 times a night from larger apneas. I didn't STOP snoring completely, but I saw substantial improvement. I plan to add it back to my protocol soon, as I'm getting close to the place where I can dispense with the CPAP, I think. Ceidlen -----Original Message----- Hi Irem, How about remove snoring from any body you find it in, and also remove the cause of snoring from any body? Test whether you can do that. RIK about this, find by accessing what you can do about the snoring, and about the cause of the snoring. So what are the usual causes of snoring and which one is playing a role in your case of snoring. Be like a detective about this and tell us what you find. Success, Esther Any suggestions on curing snoring? thanks and kisses irem

Guest guest
The button is in two places for Snoring, one in the Face Lift panel found within the Aura and the other in Timed Therapies Music and Superlearning in the top ruler bar drop down panels at the top. Guest guest
Question is he overweight also? This can cause the process to be more difficult, due to pressure in the neck. You may choose to work in the Short Sarcodes for the Trachea and throat areas. You can do more here in the dictionary (don't worry about the word snoring concentrate on areas affecting the breathing and oxygen intake) How high is the " O' in the VARHOPE? Many snore only when emotionally disturbed or troubled or when coming down with or having an illness (lacking oxygen) so there is more here than may meet the eye. Never forget the emotional connections. I know you know of the snoreless button so won't go into that here. Yours in Health, Kathy Snoring I have some limited success with a client who has a snoring problem. I used everything I could find on " sinus " and his snoring went away for about a week and then returned. I duplicated the session without success. Does anyone have a protocol for snoring? My husband is keeping me up nights with his > " bandsaw impersonations " . LOL > > Thanks in advance, > Hi , In the past I have tried every herbal or natural remedy that I could find for my snoring. None of them worked. I finally had to go to the hospital for a sleep study. They found out that I have sleep apnea (a condition where you stop breathing while you're sleeping). I now have to use a CPAP (Continuous Positive Air Pressure) machine to sleep at night. Very loud snoring is often a sign that a person has sleep apnea. Even though my husband complained about my snoring, I put off getting checked for years - until I learned that sleep apnea is a serious condition that can damage your heart. Is your husband sleepy during the day or does he have a hard time staying awake when he sits still (I could never stay awake to see the end of any movie I ever watched)? If so, these are sure signs of sleep apnea and your husband should tell his doctor about this. Guest guest
Hi , We've been to the doctor and done the sleep tests. He doesn't have sleep apnea. (you were right to go there in thought though because it is a serious condition...which is what landed us in the doc's office...I thought that was the problem) The doc feels that he uvula (sp?) is enlarged and he wants to surgically reduce it. He also is having some congestion problems. So the doc wanted to put him on a whole bunch of drugs for that. I put my foot down there. I don't want to see him put on drugs just because the doc doesn't know what's causing the congestion. That's just covering up symptoms. Personally I think DH has candida overgrowth too. So he's starting Bee's diet with me. We'd just like to try the natural routes first before possibly going needlessly under the knife. So I was looking to see if anyone knew anything natural. Thank you for your reply ! Guest guest
Hi Have you tried steam baths to loosen up the congestion? You know the type where you boil water, put in a small container, put a tablespoon of baking soda (no aluminium!), stir quickly , put head over bowl (not too close or it may burn) and towel over head and inhale (through nose) for a while. Then try again with another spoon of soda. Baking/bicarb soda really softens the passages, makes them slippery, to help the congestion shift. Also ensure he is sleeping on his side not on his back. How long has he had this problem? I am asking because my 3year old snores. Can he breathe comfortably through his nose when he is awake? If he has oversised adenoids than that could also be a reason for snoring. Its a quick procedure to remove them. Irene
Guest guest
Dear , The CPAP (Continuous Positive Air Pressure) machine to sleep at night is a very good way to curb snoring - it is not just for sleep apnea, and it will not hurt. My friend's husband uses something similar and it is very effective. I'll try to get Sheila to write to us about it. Okay? Bee
Guest guest
Has he tried the " Breathe Right " strips? A couple of friends of mine use those with success. jackie
Guest guest
Irene, We'll have to try the steam baths. I know when he takes a hot shower it always loosens things up. Unfortunately he snores whether he's on his side, back or stomach. I always get him to roll over on his side though cause that is the least noise...although still loud. When we first got married (12 yrs ago) I don't remember him snoring. It's gotten worse over the last I'd say four years. Yes he does breath comfortably during the day. He still has the congestion on and off but otherwise he's fine. In fact even the snoring doesn't bother him. He didn't even know he was doing it until I started complaining and at first he didn't believe me. So it's bothering me more than him. The doc said his adnoids were fine just has an enlarged uvula. Thanks for your reply. Guest guest
Jackie, Breath Right strips worked for about two nights. Then it was back to snoring. We've literally tried everything. That is what landed us in the doc's office...we've exhausted every product out there. None of them work more than a night or two. We've started sleeping apart just so I can get some sleep. Although that gets me some sleep I miss sleeping next to him. So something has to change. I just thought I'd seek out help here before we committed to surgery. Thanks for your reply, > Has he tried the " Breathe Right " strips? > A couple of friends of mine use those with success. > > jackie

Guest guest
Well I have been on Xolair for 4 months...and I have started snoring ... never had a problem before Xolaier - does anyone else have this problem?
Guest guest
Snoring is a sign of Sleep Apnea. I have had it for years even in my pre xolair days. A CPAP or BIPAP machine has been a great asset to me as asthmatic. I would ask your doctor if you need a sleep study. My allergist made sure I had one several years ago. Now I sleep like a baby even with asthma. Doug Group founder
