Hi . I know this recipe. My cousin Bobby, took it because he was due for a

by pass. It worked on him very well and hasn't undertaken the bypass as of now.

Here he calls it a vein de-clogging therapy. Use apple cider vinegar.... and

luyang dilaw (turmeric).

I found this in one of my groups. Worried about the garlic breath and body

smell? Use xylitol as mouth wash and use as sweetener. Just make sure the

xylitol is from the birch tree (mountainroseherbs carries it). If this works for

you, it would certainly be cheaper than pharma's lipitor, and other statin

drugs. We have not tried this recipe yet. But my friend from the Philippines

sent a positive response above. This recipe is from a blog on Tony Isaac's

published cholesterol protocol, can't recall where and by whom. Use the

suggested ingredients above too.

Be well,

LOWERING CHOLESTEROL RECIPE

Ingredients:

A cup of onion juice } If you don't have a juicer, use a blender

A cup of ginger juice } then use a cheese cloth and squeeze the

A cup of garlic juice } juice out. Squeeze as hard as you can.

A cup of vinegar

A cup of honey

(I believe this is to improve the taste - )

Procedure:

Mix them all.

Boil that mix of 4 cups in a non metalic pan to reduce that into 3 cups, and

when it cools down naturally, add a cup of honey.

Dosage:

1 tablespoonful daily.

It works excellent!

More from the blog:

This is all good, but there is a large body of research that shows that

saturated fat is not necessarily the culprit. Transfats, on the other hand, play

a huge role. But the above comment about vitamin K2 is absolutely crucial and

should be at the forefront of our thinking here. Journal articles abound citing

the role of K2 in calcium metabolism and deposition.

K2 in foods is found in fats like egg yolks, hard cheeses, and butter (the more

grass eaten by the animal, the higher the K2), bone marrow and animal organs,

and fermented foods like natto and sauerkraut.

Until we recognize the role of this essential nutrient, we're not only missing

the boat, but drowning!
