Guest guest Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 Thanks for bringing a Coconut Oil question back to the forum, it's been a while :-) I would say that your max dosage would be whatever it would take not to make you gain weight directly as a result and that you felt comfortable with both health wise and financially.
