Good Morning All,

I have a question for the group. I read 4 or 5 tablespoons is the recommended

dose. Is there harm in more than that........say 6 or 7 tablespoons/day.

Thanks for bringing a Coconut Oil question back to the forum, it's been

a while :-)

I would say that your max dosage would be whatever it would take not to make you

gain weight directly as a result and that you felt comfortable with both health

wise and financially.

Just remember too much of a good thing could also be bad and you have to find

the correct balance according to your metabolism and body structure
