Guest guest
Last week I received a copy of Dr. Shallenberger's MD . " Real Cures " news letter, in which his feature article is about how his colleague Dr. Newport reversed her husbands Alzheimer's disease in 37 days. In 90 days he was back to normal. If he misses taking his coconut oil his symptoms start to return, and leave as soon as he takes his coconut oil. The doctors claim all persons who try the coconut oil have some degree of improvement. Dr Shallenberger, MD offers to send you a special report called How to Reverse Alzheimer's Disease. It gives you a complete instructions on how to use MCT oils to treat Alzheimer's Disease and other brain illnesses. He specifically mentions how MTC oils can be used to treat Parkinson's, Huntington's, multiple sclerosis, Lou Gehrig's , and more. I operated a natural remedy shop for many years, been selling several brands of coconut oil, use it myself in place of butter, on everything , my knowledge about coconut oil goes back prior to world war two. This is new to me, if true , good news really travels slow . In the past week I have given several bottles of coconut oil away , to family members of persons with Alzheimer's. In Canada most Alzheimer's patients are in provincial hospitals or rest or retirement homes, under government control and only family members can see them. I hope over the next couple of months to hear some results. If the improvement was 50% or more , many have no place to go if they could move out. Some no doubt might want their money, property back, this could cause problems. I have a couple who are still living at home, either the husband or wife is looking after them, and I am hoping they will give it a good try. I will report any results that I can varify. Guest guest
When I looked at the research I found the major ketone bodies we discussed previously, which are useful in alzhemer's treatment, are based in butyric acid, which is not present in coconut oil but is present in butter. As a raw material butyric acid is closer to the hydroxybutyrate in the ketones, compared to other oils, which have to undergo several more steps of processing to yield ketones. I also discovered that the main fuel for human and most mammalian biology is oleic acid, whic also is a large part of butter but not present at all in coconut oil. So, for me the answer comes from the wisdom of nature, which tailored milk fat for mammalian consumption. I use mainly milk fat for the oleic and short chain fats that coconut oil does not posess, and I benefit from some additional coconut oil for the MCT components. all good, Duncan
Guest guest
I just returned from a medical conference in NYC where quite a few of the speakers (doctors) advised using MCT oil and VCO for Alzheimer's and other brain and nervous system disorders (Parkinson's, MS, etc). Vit D3 was also a must. -d ps. can I please ask that the snide remarks thrown at others here stop? We are all here to share info that can help one another. If you don't agree with someone, please disagree respectfully, in the name of knowledge. No one should be personally attacking another here! > > Last week I received a copy of Dr. Shallenberger's MD .
