I think you are on to something about magnesium,

I hurt my upper leg, where it connect to the hip, but in front, ( think it

was when I was on trampoline and I got a little overboard doing high knee

raises, the next day I could hardly walk, (normal I mean) for 3 days a bad

limp, no walking my dogs..I took my normal high does of MSM powder, 15000 mg

and Hyaluronic acid( Nature's way, Hydraplenish), and Neo Cell super

collagen, mixed with water and lemon juice, in the morning. Then later in

the afternoon the liquid glucosamine; but you have to take it for about a

week or more to notice anything on it.

Went to the chiropractor Monday afternoon, and then to this man who has the

Bio matt, and foot bath, detox, then bought some Magnesium oil from him, he

said to put it on the place that hurt, I did, and the next day I put it on

that morning and night, and today I can walk normal and don't hurt. I

already had magnesium oil,( was different than his) and I take other

magnesium, but I felt led to buy his, and I think it helped, that with the

chiropractor and prayer; Telling my body to line up to the Word of God.

The magnesium oil is (35% Magnesium chloride in seawater, trace minerals.)

it is more liquid than the one I had and seems to work. It has a slight

burn, or heat sensation that my other did not have. It does not have a

brand name on it, but if you call him maybe he could send it, if someone

wants some? His name is Mr. Hawkins 479-631-7455 it was 18.00 for about 8-10

0z size.

Hope this helps

For people with muscle pain I would suggest they look into a magnesium

deficiency which is very common and it can also cause depression/anxiety

among other things. Read " The Magnesium Miracle " by Dr. Dean. a

What kind of trampoline?

Those cheapo mini-trampolines are notorious for causing injuries/damage

to knees and ankles, due to the way they are made (springs and mat).

There is a reason the more expensive ones are more expensive (and the

only ones recommended for rebound exercise).

It was a cheep one I got at Wal-Mart a few years ago, brand says, Stamina

Inmotion trampoline, but I never hurt myself before, ( not that I have used

it a lot, busy with working out, walking etc) but that day I was really

getting with it on high knew raises, in the past I have done some, with

other things as well, and that is the only thing I can think that could of

caused it.But thank God, no more problems and pain. Do you know much about

this one?

Hi Lori E:

I make my own Magnesium Oil. The best Sea Water for this is from

Northern Latitudes. I collect gallons of it when I visit my brother in

Maine. Then I boil it and add Zechstein Salts (Swanson is a good

source). This makes a dynamite oil.

If it was a cheap one (less than $40 new), then there is nothing to

know, it did not have the quality springs and mat necessary to avoid the

problems, period.

You haven't truly engaged in rebound exercise unless/until you use a

quality rebounder - most are in the $200-$400 range.
