I was scared to Get Xolair

I just wanted to say thank you for listening to me freak out about this

medicine. I have had enough of the prednisone, anitbiotics, and hosptial visits

and the enduces diebetes reactions to everything. I live in the Gulf of Mexico

and we are getting a portion of the oil and oil comes with fumes. I was told to

leave Panama City Beach for I needed to do something or my asthma was going to

be worse. I had been bitten by a couple of flees NO I DONT HAVE PETS but I

eneded up having a really bad allergic reaction to the bites. My doctor went in

and did a bronch on me in August of last year and suggested Xolair and I was

scared. So after the bronch I did better for a while active stayed on allergy

meds and did advair.... So then flee bite came and opened a new can of worms

again. My doctor said time for XOlair...I was still scared but the aniticipation

of the shot was more painful then the actual shot. I did not get any severe

side effects to it but a mild headache and got really tired. now my question is

I am prone to migranes..Is this shot going to effect me that way? SO I started

the shot yesterday .....Today my brother and I drove along the Gulf of Mexico

for 2 hours NO ASTHMA REACTION...105 HEAT INDEX.what so ever....So now I can

start to to get my life back....THIS IS AWSOME.... THANK YOU FOR ADVICE....

PS I WAS ALSO TOLD THIS EFFECTS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM IS THAT TRUE TOO...IF THAT

IS THE CASE EVEYRONE SHOULD BE ON VITAMIN E TO INCREASE IMMUNE SUPPORT TO

PREVENT ANY OTHER ILLENESSES...WASH HANDS TOO...
