Guest guest
A lady with COPD, which about always includes some lung infection and emphysema, walked to the store for the first time in three months, 4 days after starting on the whey and selenium. I'd suggest bouncing on a mini-trampoline. all good, Duncan > > No.. Guest guest
Why whey, what kind do you reccomend and how much selenium.    I was walking 2 and 1/2 miles a day, up and down hills, then shit happened. Building back up, but the heat does slow me down. I should do better come fall.  ________________________________ From: Duncan Crow <duncancrow@...> Coconut Oil Sent: Wed, July 27, 2011 11:25:18 AM Subject: Re: Losing Weight with lung issues  A lady with COPD, which about always includes some lung infection and emphysema, walked to the store for the first time in three months, 4 days after starting on the whey and selenium. Guest guest
The brand of whey the lady with COPD used was Immunocal (HMS90 in Canada). We selected it because it is the most potent " undenatured " whey isolate. Many whey concentrates are undenatured as well, and generally prices are about 1/8 of the Immunocal price, for perhaps 3/4 of the potency if you're careful. Undenatured (low temperature processed) whey contains glutathione precursors and lungs are very big glutathione users. Airway restriction and inflammation, mucous production and wheezing all arise from depletion of this master antioxidant. Glutathione depletion is actually systemic and further local depletion anywhere results in excessive free radical damage and scar tissue, which can only somewhat be alleviated. There's a lot of information in the glutathione references: http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/glutathione-references.html Nobody with " normal " glutathione levels sees 100 years of age; all centenarians have unusually high levels. People with normal values die after a normal lifespan. all good, Duncan > > Why whey, what kind do you reccomend and how much selenium.    I was walking 2 > and 1/2 miles a day, up and down hills, then shit happened. Building back up, > but the heat does slow me down. I should do better come fall. > >  >

Guest guest
The whey is undenatured; denaturing breaks these proteins and they wouldn't exist in the jar or on the label. Beta lactoglobulin 50% Alpha-lactalbumin 16% Glycomacropeptides 14% Immunoglobulin 5% Albumin 5% Lactoferrin 0.9% Better deals exist if you buy 5-10 lb. all good, Duncan > > > > Why whey, what kind do you reccomend and how much selenium.    I was > >walking 2 > > > > and 1/2 miles a day, up and down hills, then shit happened. Building > >back up, > > > > but the heat does slow me down. I should do better come fall. > > > >  > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Yes, I suppose a 5lb or 10 lb would have a better deal. I will try it then.  C. ________________________________ From: Duncan Crow <duncancrow@...> Coconut Oil Sent: Fri, July 29, 2011 1:08:42 PM Subject: Re: Losing Weight with lung issues  The whey is undenatured; denaturing breaks these proteins and they wouldn't exist in the jar or on the label. Guest guest
I've got 6 hour New Zealand colostrum cheap in bulk from Donna at http://excellentthings.com I liked colostrum; I think it worked, but now we're back on amino acids for HGH release. Colostrum is also good for immune system education and glutathione precursors in addition to the growth factors. all good, Duncan > > > > > > Why whey, what kind do you reccomend and how much selenium.  >   I was > > >walking 2 > > > > > > and 1/2 miles a day, up and down hills, then shit happened. Building > > > >back up, > > > > > > but the heat does slow me down. I should do better come fall. > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Could be a zhong qi deficiency. Maybe lung yin. Hard to say without examining you. Guest guest
In Chinese Medicine, the kidneys are like the batteries that power the whole system. It's not the same as the anatomical kidneys. Think of it as " foundational yin. " Like I say, it's hard to make diagnoses without examining the patient.
