Guest guest
Good Morning, I had AOL up until last Sept, got tired of the cost & switched to ATT.net. It's not FREE but it is only $7.00 a month & you get .07 a minute long distance 24/7. Guest guest
Dear Cliff, It sounds a bit strange this story because you use already for a long time flaxoil and still you might have developed skincancer. And as soon you drip some flaxoil on it the skincancer might disappear? I really wonder if this is skincancer. There sounds some 'contradiction' in for me. Once somebody told me that skincancer in Korea was healed with a bandage on it with vitamine A, curcumin (kurkuma?) and codliveroil for three months. It was a study and I thought I had found that study but cann't find it yet. But it sounds that it is possible to get rid of your skincancer with natural products but I will ask dr. Valstar how he thinks about that. I was wondering a while ago one person described a daily routine of using cansema salve for her skincancer. She did wonderfull the first weeks as I might believe her daily reports, maybe she can tell about more how it went afterwards? Gr. Guest guest
Thanks Jackie! Thanks Janet! I know I should have my eyes checked... just a procrastinator. About sarcoidosis, is this caused by Interferon? Its been 8 years since I did tx. I don't think its that. Probably just my eyes and mind are too tired. I haven't been sleeping well... enough sleep, but far off my normal schedule. You know the grass is always greener.... I'm one of the animals God gave big brains, but dogs and cats have no trouble sleeping. Thanks ladies, for the input. I'll look up sarcoidosis, but may have to wait until I get back to the states to see an eye doctor. Please don't be overly concerned. It is most kind of you, but as I've said before, I think things happen for a good reason. Maybe I just need to learn about sarcoidosis. Maybe I'll meet a lovely eye doctor. Maybe this will bring me something else I want or need in my life. But please don't worry! I'm not. I'm more concened with finding someone to have dinner with on Valentines Day. Guest guest
Thank you Kathy, and everyone else! I'll see a doctor. OK? Just don't ask me when. I really feel this is a passing thing, perhaps caused by a drastic change in my ability to get to sleep. When I was little my sisters and I used to stay up as late as we could sometimes, and I remember seeing things move that could not have moved, and thinking I saw something that wasn't there. This is probably just that. Besides, I'm in China. I trust my hepatologist implicitely. But I haven't been to the dentist here. Nor will I go to the doctor with many other minor things. I see the doctor for my liver because she came to me. First in a dream, and then in the flesh. Sorry to worry you all, but I really just wanted to know if this was one of the symptoms of chronic liver disease. It sounds like yes, no, and maybe. What I found so far. "The cause of sarcoidosis is not known; however, this diagnosis is what is known as a "diagnosis of exclusion". This term is used for a disease that has no known cause" This means they spend lots of time and money making sure its not specific other things, and then if its nothing else they can name, it must be sarcoidosis. It sounds like a terrible thing to have. I'm sorry Jackie! And I'm sorry to everyone else, for disturbing your weekend. This too will pass. Don't worry, be happy! Guest guest
Hi Well according to the studies I have looked at, Sarcoidosis is not life threatening unless it attacks your heart, lungs, kidneys etc,, most ppl it attacks the lungs and its really a weird disease because about 80% of those who have it spontaniously go into remission on their own, without any treatment,, but those who dont sometimes are treated with steriods,, and you dont want to use those anyway,,, so just take good care of yourself,, and get an eye check when you can and in the meantime, try to eat foods that have leutene in them or see if you can find a good supplement for eyes,, Its probably not Sarcoidosis but it can sometimes be in your body for years and not be found until some little something like your eyes comes up... Lots of ppl have it and have never used Interferon,,so you might have had it for years if that is what it is,, I know that I got mine from the INF,, didnt have it before! Well I hope you find someone to have dinner with on Valentines Day... This holiday is not a favorite of mine anymore because I had to put off removing my brother from life support 5 years ago. We put it off until the next day and he died within 4 hours of taking him off,, but it was his request and he fully understood that he would die when we did,, he was ready,,, so valentines day is no longer a special day for me.. makes me sad,,, cuz I miss him like crazy! talk again soon , hugs jaxHunter <us2china2@...> wrote: Thanks Jackie! Guest guest
No, everything's the same. The only thing that's changed really is my sleep, or my ability to get to sleep. It would be nice to have a switch behind one ear that would cut all power to my brain. But I guess I'd need someone to turn it back on in the morning, wouldn't I? Like the gal in your last post said, "Every day is a little better." I finally slept about 3 or 3:30 this morning. That's about an hour better than the night before. Fortunately, I get to sleep until I wake up, or something wakes me. On a completely different topic, I'm posting some new photos from China to my 360 page. I've got some in an album and more in my blog. Anyone interested in China, or just currious, really bored, or in need of a smile, (I've posted some funny pics in the blog) come by and check my 360 page. Don't worry about this eye thing, I think its getting better by itself. I didn't notice anything yesterday, or today so far. Guest guest
I'll be interested to hear how you get on. I went to have a session of this as it is recommended for ME/CFS. However I had a lot of pain round my neck and shoulders for the next two weeks as a result so decided not to bother with any more. I have noticed recently that the spongey lump at the top of my back, between the shoulders, is going away now. Maybe it was mucin and the T3 is doing something? Miriam > I am going for a lymphatic drainage massage today and really unsure whether I am excited or scared. The problem that I have is that it feels like I am being prodded where there is bruising when I have this but it is all over my body, there are no areas that are not affected and I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. On treatment I lost 4inches off each thigh, and lots of fluid all over my body and things are very much better now. This happened mostly in the first 6 weeks on thyroxine. It was difficult to tell that I had a problem with fluid and I just thought I was enormously fat, and although I am still obese I feel much much lighter and bouncy! love janet
Guest guest
Thank you so much for your reply Janet, the only problem that I have is that this has been a problem with me since 2001 (when I really noticed it was 2003) and I have been on armour for just over 2 years and was on T3 for 5 months prior to that. It sounds like it could be the same so maybe this will help me after all. Guest guest
I have found that by placing a pillow between the legs when sleeping, that it protects from the pain you describe. jennyfreeman , I could not even bear to let my legs touch each other in bed even. >
