Guest guest
You can put in anything that is green... romain lettuce , green pepper, mustard greens, spinache, cucumber, kale, chard, beet greens...etc... lemon juice is good too... and no fruit...or sweeteners to be a purist about it... It is an alkalizing drink and very good for the body...also full of minerals... d > > > > > > > All kale does not have curley leaves, I use both dinosaur and Russian > kale > > and they are not curly leaf ones. Guest guest
Sounds good, most everything you mention I eat anyways. No sweeteners? What about Stevia? It comes from a plant. I would drink it as you suggest unless it was bitter but I am just curious about the Stevia. Guest guest
you can put in stevia if you like... it is a green plant... the green drink w/o stevia may be a bit of an acquired taste... it has a green plant taste - I find it good and better than the sweet stuff we find everywhere... d > > > > > > > > > > > All kale does not have curley leaves, I use both dinosaur and Russian > > kale > > > and they are not curly leaf ones.
