Guest guest
, I just came from seeing this 80 year old wellness man, who I purchased my DTE , (Diatomaceous earth) from...I had BIO Mat, and followed by the foot bath that pulls toxins out. ( my water turns orange, which means from my joints, with dead cellular debris; he says some water turns black, or green, and someone who has yeast and fungus it foams way u, he said he even sees pin worms come out of peoples feet! Anyway, I told him how I lost weight so fast last week, and he said it's the DTE, because it cleans the colon and makes the food you eat absorb better, then you are not as hungry. I've taken 1-2 tablespoons in mornings (can mix with any liquid). Also I forgot to tell you I also take kelp...and I forgot about something else I added, (Miracle 2 Neutralizer) the company who make the Miracle soap. That man told me to drink an oz a day, because I had complained about a new problem, what I guessed as acid reflux, I starting having when I started using coconut oil. I thought I was getting too much fat that my gallbladder couldn't handle. But I'm not sure it. But this stuff seemed to help. He said it would help the spider veins too. The Nat. Sun Shine supplement is called " Adrenal Support " I have in years past used the " Thyroid Support " they have others for thyroid I used to take, but at that time I needed the extra help. Started with 2 and went to one later. I thought mine was improving so I just went to kelp and now the past month the L-Tyrosine, oh I just thought of something else I take that may help you, 500mg L-Carnitine. And the coconut oil, I never saw it help my weight...it helped me gain weight right away... Maybe it's the high calories of the nuts and coconut oil mixed together that I added to my regular diet with the other healthy fats in my diet already. Maybe a person who does not have the other fats it wouldn't cause weight gain.. Now I use it to cook maybe once a week. And I eat up to one tablespoonful of almond butter mixed with coconut oil a week. I just have to watch on that. I love it, and did not discipline myself at first with it. Now that jar I made with the two mixed has sat for a long time, before it would be used fast. I love nuts, and I eat walnuts and almonds, pumpkin seeds. I don't know if you detox, but if you have not been, that can help your body lose weight, also if a person has candida or yeast, it will make you gain weight. I have used the ReNew Life brand detoxes successfully, but I did not follow what they said on the grains...I think it's miss worded. I say eat plenty of, and give their list, and on the list they have the healthier grains, but it makes it sound like they are telling you to eat lots of grains. Burt grains, like sugar and starch feed and grow yeast and fungus. If I eat pasta I use it with lots of vegies, broccoli, cauliflower, red bell pepper, oinos, (green and red), zucchini, etc...may add sun dried tomatoes, or fresh, olives, feta cheese, and a little parmesan, olive oil, red-wine garlic vinegar or whatever, basil, parsley, a little oregano, real sea salt, even a can of rinsed black eyed peas, with all that you don't need pasta, but it makes a nice pasta salad that is much better for you.. I have added in grilled chicken, and nitrate free grilled chicken sausages. I loved pasta, all Italian food, and pizza, but I just don't do it very often, used to be once a week, now, once a month. Same with Mexican food, love it.. but if I ate out I'd have 2-3 lbs the next day, like Italian food. But if I make my own, healthy version and less cheese and chips I do much better. I will grill chicken, beef, oinos and pobloneo peppers and put them on roman lettuce and top with salsa and guacamole, a small amount of shredded cheese, and it makes a wonderful salad for dinner. Have added a few crunched up chips or beans, but normally not on this one. Save it for more nachos, a few chips, beans meat, covered with cheese, and when out of the oven cover it with lots of lettuce and tomatoes or salsa and guacamole. the key is, use more of the healthy, low cal foods, and less of the chips, cheese etc... (I used to load mine with too much cheese)... I'm getting hungry now. Hope this helps! Guest guest
Hi Lori, Thanks for this. I've tried carnitine and done colonics and detoxing in the past but I think I'm going to try it again - colon and liver cleanses because I've read a few times that if you're finding it hard to lose weight, it might be that you need to detox your liver. I've never used DE for long - maybe a few days at the most so I'll try that again once I've finished the HCG. Also the BIO mat - sounds like it would be worth trying that too. And I'll also look at the Adrenal Support and see if I can wean my HC down further and then get off it altogether. I don't eat any gluten and very only occasionally rice. I'll have a curry but without the rice - the rest of the family have the rice. But your pasta mix sounds nice. My kids eat gluten-free pasta made from rice, but I don't. Thanks very much, I feel like I'm getting some new ideas to try. Guest guest
and , I also forgot to mention something else I feel helps me, 100 mg 5HTP at night can be helpful to increase serotonin levels in the brain so you are not only calmer but you have less food cravings. There is one called HTP Calm that has herbs in it that I can notice my moods with hormones are better. My biggest problem is that I get hungry at night because I don't eat that much while I'm at work.. It's hard to find time to eat, so like I said I will eat fruit, nuts, yogurt, cucumber with lemon and sea salt, celery, boiled egg, or even a piece of grilled cod fish I made the night before, just whatever I can find to take to work, and eat in between my clients, walking to the shampoo bowl from my chair at times. But I'm trying to have at least 10-15min to sit down and eat, because my legs and feet hurt standing in one spot all day, although I have a matt around my chair. I have spider veins and know I need to not stand like I do for so long. I work 4 days a week at the salon, and Monday and Tuesday I work on my home stuff and a book I'm writing. So there again my legs don't get good circulation while at the computer. I'm trying to make myself get up and bounce on a mini trampoline once in a while to help that, as my legs swell bad sitting here too long. Anyway, I told you that to say, if you can eat a little more early and not over eat at night that will be better. Have a good week! Lori E PS, See a email I sent on HGH with coupon for 40% off. Guest guest
Thanks Lori. I'm going to try the rebounding again - Duncan's post prompted me too. I don't have a problem with cravings luckily, or keeping my food intake reasonably low - apart from the occasional meal where I choose to eat a lot because it's a very nice meal - but that's usually only once a fortnight at the most and it still wouldn't be a huge quantity of food and it's always relatively healthy. Although I still don't either lose or gain weight by increasing or decreasing my portions - just remain the same with it seems a slight increase every 3 - 4 months now. I've printed off your email Duncan and am going to read through that later. Thanks, On Wed, Jul 27, 2011 at 5:39 AM, llje <llje@...> wrote: > ** > > > and , I also forgot to mention something else I feel helps me, > 100 mg 5HTP at night can be helpful to increase serotonin levels in the > brain so you are not only calmer but you have less food cravings. Any feedback on this? Vibration tech is interesting to me - almost like rebound tech but on steroids... but it also sounds a bit gimmicky too. Sadly, since its so expensive, I probably won't ever have a decent chance to try it out...
