This is ironic, because " Dolores " means painful. " Dolor " is the latin

word for pain. Anyway, if this is related to mood issues, try xiao yao

san. Moves liver qi. In Chinese medicine, sinews are related to

liver. It's great to boost your mood.

Acupuncture will also treat the pain and probably strengthen the joint.
