Guest guest
This is ironic, because " Dolores " means painful. " Dolor " is the latin word for pain. Anyway, if this is related to mood issues, try xiao yao san. Moves liver qi. In Chinese medicine, sinews are related to liver. It's great to boost your mood. Acupuncture will also treat the pain and probably strengthen the joint. On 8/2/2011 7:33 PM, Dolores wrote: > Hi Jim, > > I have already worked up to 2+ TBS. I mix it with lemon water but can also take it by mouth now with no problem except that a TBS is just too much in my mouth at a time so dissolving in water with some lemon juice is easier for me. It does help some but all pain is definitely not gone as yet. > > Can you tell me what you think is the benefit of the aerobic oxygen and why you take it? Is it for osteoarthritis - or something else?
