Guest guest
Hello, I guess this is healing crisis? I have been OP for about a month and since last sunday night, my mouth; my upper left gum is swallow and hurt. I was worried but tried to think it is a healing crisis. I still keep OPulling, but to increase 3 times a day with 2 drops of oregano oils with 1TSP. I use sunflower oil but my oil ran out 2 days ago, so, I am using EVOO, I have to say the EVOO makes inside of my mouth very dry every time I use it and I do not like it. Since yesterday, my gum is not as hurt as first few days, I think maybe because the oregano oil helps. I actually made a dentist app for next tuesday for this problem, but I hope I do not need to go, the gum hurt will totally be gone by then. So, do you guys think it is a healing crisis?? Thanks and have a good day PS: sorry for my poor english since I am still learning it Wennie Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile -----Original Message-----
Guest guest
I do with coconut oil. Google it and you will be amazed at all it is supposed to do! Re: Re: People with this Factor Live Past 100 Trish, Do you use rock/glacier flour to remineralize the soil? -richard- Just an opinion here.. but in my opinion, our foods don't have all that we need. At least not the minerals, plants don't make minerals, and most of our soil has been depleted of minerals. I say most soil because organic growers replenish their with compost and such. I've spent my whole life growing a large percentage of my food and my soil is rich and very dark. The soils of large commercial growers, frequently are pale and hard. . Guest guest
i couldnt use 1 tbs of any oil because after a few minutes the volume has increased so much i can barely keep it in my mouth after 10 mins. so i start with 1 tsp. and it is enough to do the job as i can tell when i have my teeth cleaned. > > When doing Oil Pulling, do you use one tablespoon of the coconut oil as a liquid, after it is warmed up above 78 degrees or do you use one tablespoon of the solid coconut oil that is below 78 degrees. I discovered there is more liquid in my mouth if I put it in my mouth in the solid amount below 78 degrees. It is easier to work with when it is a liquid. I do not want to waste any, but I want to make sure I am using enough to do the job. Thanks, Jim K jimk32@... > >

If it will be easier, maybe you could recommend a book about oil pulling, or a link to a website about it. I have a few dental problems, 3 root canals last year, and looks like I might need another one, on top of that, my dentist wants to do gum surgery. I'm hoping maybe oil pulling can help. > Thanks, for any help you can give me. > > > >
Guest guest
, www.oilpulling.org is also a good website. I started oil pulling about a month ago and one of my problem teeth doesn't feel bad anymore. Deborah > > Hi All, > > My name is , I'm in Michigan, and I'm a new group member. Guest guest
Hi , Here are some sites that may help to explain the relationship between oral health and other health related issues: http://www.perio.org/consumer/mbc.top2.htm quote: " Research has shown, and experts agree, that there is an association between periodontal diseases and other chronic inflammatory conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer's disease. Guest guest
Dee, Duncan, and everyone else.. Checked out a couple of the sites and now I understand how they are relating the mouth to the body. The feet are the same way. Duncan, the site I went to first was indeed overly optimistic. Now, my question is Has anyone ever heard of this? When I am experience either an allergic reaction or even just intolerance to a drug, my teeth start hurting.. anyone  have a clue? The doctors look at me like I am crazy when I tell them I had to stop taking a script because of my teeth. [usually there are other side effects, but the teeth is the one that tells me to stop] Also, noticed that when I got serious about adding 3 tbs of CO and later the CO/MCT mix that I have become way more sensitive to the drugs such a benedryl which hasn't made me sleepy in years... now it does. Anyone else experience that? I want you to know that I really hate taking meds, but I have a couple of conditions that would be impossible without some treatment. Mostly I am going for Vitamin D, Fish Oil, CO/MCT and a good diet, real food instead of the fake stuff. I think I will try the oil pulling for one month... Also want to remention my favorite tooth cleaner... powdered bentonite clay and baking soda... equal amounts.. works well and doesn't require a power brush. I am definitely a minimalist. Guest guest
A couple of summers ago our youngest daughter, with Lyme, was having small cavities to show up at her gum line on her molars. We were frantic to stop the problem but extremely resistant to the dentist's adamant stance for her to use a prescription toothpaste that was heavily fluoridated. He's a good man, a good dentist, a good friend and a good neighbor. All 3 of our daughters babysat his children. We desired no fight with him but both of us were intractable on our positions of fluoride. He- it's " proven " ; Me- Not no but H*** no! The solution presented itself- we bought the toothpaste to keep him happy. She barely used it at all. Instead she did oil-pulling with cold pressed sesame oil. It worked, all cavities stopped. I knew it was the Lyme or co-infection that was causing it. My theory of how oil pulling works is this, and it's not magic, it's purely physical...It is cavitation of imploding bubbles that sucks the offending matter out from under the gums at the teeth. Light oil emulsions are better for this purpose that either water or oil by itself. When you mix a light oil with saliva, under pressure and the forced cavitation in effect by the violent swishing, you get a light emulsion. *Probably* a lot of the same effect can be had with a Water Pik. You get to choose which way you want it. I have a mouthful of crowns that trap food like a dungeon. Oil pulling won't get enough of it out and neither will any form of flossing or tooth-picking. I had to go back to a Water Pik to finally beat my sinus infections because of this. It's real simple- bacteria feed on that trapped food and a whole colony of pathogens develops under your gums and along the sides of your teeth into your sinuses. As for the Lyme, she beat it last year. Go to the testimonials page of www.nighthawkminerals.com. It's been a year with no sign of it. Guest guest
Hi Laua, I don't know about the teeth being involved in an allergic attack, but like you, Benadryl makes me sleepy unless I take only 1/2 a caplet. My wife uses a whole caplet for sleeping; she doesn't get allergic attacks. all good, Duncan > > > > > > Dee, I am wondering if you could expand a bit on that. Guest guest
I just came across this and I wonder if castor oil would be good for oil pulling. I do not do this, but maybe it might help someone else who is considering it. http://www.electroherbalism.com/Naturopathy/Therapies/Diet/FatsandOils/CastorOil\ ..htm I hadn't looked into castor oil before this, but this oil appears very beneficial.
