, most oils must be broken down by the digestive enzyme lipase prior to

their absorption. Coconut oil's MCT and SCT percentages don't because they are

simply absorbed. If you react to some oils you may benefit from a digestive

enzyme supplement that contains lipase with the meal.

all good,

I have read about the fermented CLO but it is outside of my budget.  I am going

to cut down to just one fish oil with a digestive enzyme and see how that goes

for awhile.

I have also been ready a lot about our digestive system and was reminded of the

use of Apple Cider Vinegar and honey for digestive issue so this a.m. I back to

drinking that..

Have you tried fermented cod liver oil? it's expensive, but supposed to be

superior to all other fish oils in terms of vitamins, esp bio available Vit A &

D. Since it's fermented, I'd think it would be more digestible.

My experience is that fermented things always have a leg up on fresh.

So yes...
