Guest guest
I am wondering how increasing xolair dosing is done. I know that the shot dosage and/or times per month given is usually based on blood IgE levels, however, I am wondering if anyone in the group has had to get more per dose or had additional shots added in their regimen. I am taking the 150 dose per month my food induced asthma and eosinophilic gastro disease (gut tissue is very high for IgE but not present in my blood) but I am still not doing very well with my breathing. I suggested to my doctor that perhaps we add another 150 shot monthly and awaiting his response. Any feedback would be great. I have just gotten my 5th shot and I know the drug can take a good while to work. Best, Ellen C
