Guest guest
Hi Ruth, Thanks for that massage tip, when she gets a regular massage, they seem to help in prevention. Unfortunately she travels a lot on business, its hard to get her in one place for three weeks. Her migraines were like yours, intense, followed by violent vomiting. She has been dealing with these since childhood, and has gone through the gamut of remedies and fixes. Thanks again, Nerio 3-4 years back, someone recommended me to go for a massage for a twisted neck. This is chinese massage. It normally includes massaging the whole body including the head and face to improve blood circulation.
Guest guest
Heat rising to the head. Could be due to yin deficiency, unbalancing yang, or could be a yang excess. Can you feel them coming on? If so, eat or drink something very cold. On 7/21/2011 2:09 PM, Nerio DeLeon wrote: > Hi Ruth, > > Thanks for that massage tip, when she gets a regular massage, they seem to > help in prevention. Guest guest
From Huuman's response it sure sounds to me like migraines are lymphatic and if you move that lymph out, the pain will disappear. Lymph is always moving through our system, but if it has a blockage somewhere, it pools up like a kink in a hose. That is when you get the pain. The blockage needs to be cleared so the lymph can keep moving and doing its job. Yes, hard exercise will move lymph. Shake your body up and breathe deeply. Yes, massage will move lymph. Reflexology does this. Anything you can find that will move lymph will work. There are many things. Magnets will do that and those you can get and keep at home. You can learn some of these techniques and do them at home. DMSO is another product I am newly using that will do this and you can buy it in the tractor supply store and have it at home. Just drop it by drops on the area that hurts. Follow with an oil like coconut oil because DMSO will dry the skin out. I get headaches and move them out by working my own hands or feet. But now if I get one that I can't move out with reflexology, I have the DMSO to try. But have learned some things along the way. Alot of pain is simply a kink in our hosing. Learn some ways to move it out and you will start your own health care in a whole new and exciting way. ________________________________ From: Huuman <huuman60@...> Â Migraines are not one thing. There are many kinds. The term means " One Sided " . So if you have a one sided headache, there are many possible problems and many possible cures. However, if you happen to have " Classic Migraine " , which is characterized at onset by fingers and hands going numb which work their way up to the head, blind spots, and extreme nausea, you have the variety that mainly affects men. These attacks can be fatal on occasion. Sometimes, even if they are not, you wish that they were. Having had the problem for almost sixty years, I have learned some things about it: There is no mainstream cure or treatment for it... at all... period, no matter what you may otherwise be told by big pharma. Massages are not going to make any difference. Contrary to what one would ever consider doing, extreme exercise that causes a very high heart rate alleviates the symptoms, at least to some degree. It is possible to alleviate the symptoms by going into a trace state... did it once. MegaHydrate relieves the symptoms and will stop and attack and is somewhat effective on a daily basis. Ubiquino supplementation on a daily basis is a very effective, long term deterrent. Guest guest
Umm, I don't mean to be insulting or anything but incase you didn't know: where I come from when we say someone " turned his nose up " at something it means they won't have anything to do with it. We were not inhaling it or even thinking of breathing it in anyway. I do apprecate the info though because I did inhale it while putting in on my dogs. Thank you very much. Guest guest
Thank you Nick Nerio Best regards, Nerio DeLeon neriodeleon@... It only took about two weeks of eating mostly just raw eggs for the headaches to quit. If She doesn't like them raw maybe she could try cooking them sunny side up leaving just the yoke slightly raw. Might work like that.
Guest guest
Clear heat. Sounds like liver yang or gall bladder heat rising to the head. Do they occur usually in one specific part of the head? Are there any other symptoms, such as tinnitis?
