laura, i'm curious if you added anything else to the dressing? what ratio of MCT

to ACV?

It was 1tbs of MCT to 1tbs of ACV and I added some spices, whatever you like,

change it up, and just a 1/2 teaspoon of mayo to make it a little creamy. You

can add more or less of everything... I suppose you can even change the ratio

of MCT and ACV, but I found it to be mild as far as the bite of ACV goes. And

the MCT oil is so light and not at all oily.
