Guest guest
It was 1tbs of MCT to 1tbs of ACV and I added some spices, whatever you like, change it up, and just a 1/2 teaspoon of mayo to make it a little creamy. You can add more or less of everything... I suppose you can even change the ratio of MCT and ACV, but I found it to be mild as far as the bite of ACV goes. And the MCT oil is so light and not at all oily. laura c ________________________________ From: svgreengoddess <svgreengoddess@...> Coconut Oil Sent: Sat, August 6, 2011 12:22:16 PM Subject: Re: MCT use in a Dressing laura, i'm curious if you added anything else to the dressing? what ratio of MCT to ACV? thanks susan > > I am now just finishing up a salad where I used MCT oil to make a creamy oil >and > > apple cider vinegar dressing. It tasted light and wasvery delicious.. > > > Guess I will have to cook with it next..... > >
