Guest guest
Glucosamine is way too expensive. You used to be able to get veterinary grade for a fraction of the cost, but they caught on to that. LOL. Use bone marrow instead. It's FULL of collagen. Make a nice nutritious broth. Crock pot it overnight, put it in the fridge, then scrape all the fat off the top. Throw in some spices. Drink LOTS of water. You can get marrow bones super cheap. Guest guest
Do some reading online as many people get very sick with MMS also called AOT. Do a search with " barefoot doctors " AOT " or " curezone, AOT or MMS " . Joan Now joint support powder that I mentioned, helps support the necessary materials needed to rebuild the knee joint, and is recommended to use with Hyaluronic Acid.(now code 3291) It seems my mention of using Aerobic Oxygen has created some discussion, I suggest that you go direct to GOOD FOR YOU CORP, product No. 130 . You can see them at www.goodforyou.ca and you can e-mail them at office@... They maintain shipping facilities on both sides of the border. They carry a very extensive inventory of health remedies. I carry some of their products in my retail remedy shop. ( I do not sell on the internet.) I believe that it is possible for you to buy direct at special prices.(. Please do not mention my name ) Aerobic Oxygen I believe is manufactured in USA It is Sodium Chloride, 17.6 mcg., per serving . I use it myself and I sell about 30 to 40 two oz bottles a month. Most of my customers were heavy smokers and have poor leg circulation . ( Smokers leg ) Several of them have had operations to increase blood flow. With out the Aerobic Oxygen they unable to walk any distance. Most use up to 30 drops, three times a day. Many take MSM at the same time, most say they try to take it 30 minutes or more before eating. If you are taking MSM it is advisable to dissolve it in 2 ounces of warm water, add Aerobic Oxygen and six ounces of cold water. I use V8 juice-or one of their new berry juices (no sugar added). A few tell me they take their prescription medication at the same time, so I started taking my hart medications and have no problems of any kind. My output has improved from 12 % to 35% over 21 months, and I work every day. bernard_cn

It would be *much* cheaper to just buy your own sodium chlorite flakes and make your own - and you can even make stronger solutions if you like. Just start learning about MMS, but simply do not use the *activated* version. > Aerobic Oxygen I believe is manufactured in USA It is Sodium > Chloride, 17.6 mcg., per serving . I use it myself and I Correction: it is sodium chloriTe (@ 3% solution), not sodium chloriDe (big difference chemically).

Using MMS *unactivated* has never made anyone sick, it is only the activated version that *can* (not always *does*) cause problems. But your comment in response to an email about 'Aerobic Oxygen' is misplaced - while 'Aerobic Oxygen' is chemically the same thing as MMS, it is a *much* weaker version, and is never taken activated to boot. No one will ever get sick from taking 'Aerobic Oxygen'. > also called AOT. AOT is not MMS - AOT is something a guy named Wil Spencer created that starts with MMS as a base, but he then adds a bunch of stuff to it. I'm not saying it is better or worse than MMS, I'm just saying it isn;t exactly the same thing... > Do a search with " barefoot doctors " AOT " or " curezone, AOT or MMS " . http://www.examiner.com/human-rights-in-national/kindra-arnesen-sides-with-baref\ oot-docs-against-mms Lots of propaganda there... <gasp> doctors horrified that people are making their own decisions about their health rather than blindly taking their advice! I do think activated MMS *can* be dangerous, but I think taking it unactivated is fine, and better (and *much* cheaper) than 'Aerobic Oxygen'.
