Guest guest
Thanks Abbie Hope your OK, I will reply to your other e-mail later on today :-) My grandfather passed BPES to 5 of his children (4 sons and a daughter) and each of the sons who had children passed it to their children but my Aunt could not have her own children. My other Aunt who did not inherit has subsequently not passed it along her family. All very interesting........................ Hope you are well. Guest guest
Sandy, This is why most of us feel it is important to get an excellent surgeon and preferably one who has done over 50 explants and is a breast reconstruction surgeon rather than just a cosmetic plastic surgeon. As long as you have an excellent surgeon who will perform the surgery exactly as you specify and you trust him or her , you should be fine. I made my surgeon describe in great detail how he was going to remove the capsule and what problems in removing it he might have and what he would do about it...etc...etc... > > I am just curious... > Was Gretchen's former plastic surgeon a man ?? > > My former plastic surgeon will not remove my > capsules, he is afraid to maim me for life. > > If I let my plastic surgeon remove my capsules, > For sure, I will end up like Gretchen did. > > Gretchen's post's were scaring me. > So very sad she had to suffered like that. > > There is no reason to do this to woman > to make them suffer to that extent. > > These so called plastic surgeons only > know how to drop the implants in. > > After that they are clueless !!!! > > I am glad Gretchen is finally in Dr. Kolb's care. > I pray she has a speedy recovery. > > keep us posted... > Sandy >
Guest guest
Sorry, I know this is an old post but I take my CSM twice a day (Dr. Shoemaker's directions). I take it in the AM and then in the evening. Below is his protocol that I have ALWAYS followed to the letter. 1. On an empty stomach, take one scoop of CSM mixed with water or juice (4-6oz.) 2.2 Stir or shake well and swallow. Add more liquid to cup and drink. 3. Drink an extra 4-6 oz. of liquid 4. After 30 minutes, you may eat or take meds (wait at least 2 hrs. before taking thyroxine, digitalis, theophyline, coumadin & others, ask your Dr. for info). 5. Take CSM 4 times a day. 6. If you eat first, wait at least 60 minutes before taking your next CSM 7. Reflux, constipation, bloating and bowel distress are to be expected 8. Use acid blocking medication as needed. 9. Use sorbitaol, 70% solution, 1 TBSP 3-4 times a day to relieve constipation. Now that I do not take CSM 4 times a day and only take if I feel a hit or go out I wonder should I take the CSM before going out to do errands or wait until I get back and take it. How long does it take for food to digest after you eat where the CSM won't absorb nutrients if I take later after I eat? I always wondered how it didn't absorb nutrients when we take it half hour to an hour before we eat and how it knows to absorb toxins and not all the nutrients. Was told to take any meds 3hrs apart from CSM and vitamins. I got the pins/needles symptom after going places today and I do think it's not just mycotoxins. I think chemicals also.

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone. Find out more about what's free from AOL at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
T-2 is a single (trichothecene) toxin, it's not a family of toxins. You are probably thinking about the trichothecenes, which are divided into groups, like the macrocyclic trichothecenes like the stachybotrys toxins, satratoxin H, roridin A, etc - also there are others, and the non-macrocyclic trichothecenes (T-2 toxin is one of them, DON is another) The tremorgenic mycotoxins I don't think are trichothecenes. I think they mostly in penicillium and aspergillus spp. Penitrem is one tremorgenic mycotoxin whose name I remember.. There is also vomitoxin, and probably many others... (they are discovering new mycotoxins and families of mycotoxins all the time) Tremors are a symptom of neurotoxicity that is caused by a variety of different neurotoxins and toxin metabolites. Many mycotoxins probably cause various kinds of tremor-like permanent nerve damage and short term blockage of neural transmission that result in tremors, and lots of other damage, some permanent, some temporary. Guest guest
lightbulb moment! I knew the worst siezure I have is caused by myco's but I think I just realized which one. makws sence, tremmors and brain damage at second house and the siezure I had a while back that caused tremmors and took 2 months to recover from what it did to my brain. it hit me hard, had strange symptoms, breasts were very sore and ruff of mouth hurt bad, infections, ect. I couldn't research for 2 months, it was like I hard been getting better with somehow getting my brain to work with me and it was a big set back. I couldn't read anything and soak it in, just like I was in the moldy home again. > > are T-2 toxins the only ones known to cause tremmors? mostly to the > lower extreme. >
Guest guest
I know what T-2 is. and it does cause tremmors in animals. I'm not talking about spasms, numbness, shooting pains, ect. I had those with other toxins. I'm talking about tremmors in the lower extremes.I dont think all myco's cause tremmors, they all cause different symptoms to some extent. > > T-2 is a single (trichothecene) toxin, it's not a family of toxins. Guest guest
No suzi he doesn't seem to be ill. He had a accident over the weekend. He was working on his 'baby' his little Honda Del Sol when it started rolling and he tried to stop it. He rolled with it and he thought he cracked some ribs. He was in a lot of pain so he went to the ER for a Xray. The report which they gave us on a CD said the spleen part and also seen a kidney stone. No broken ribs though - hes just beat up a little. Guest guest
It means they saw some calcifications on your husband’s spleen. When calcium deposits on the spleen it is usually attributed to age and possibly an old injury or healed cyst. It shouldn’t affect him adversely in any way. May I ask why they were doing the scan? Guest guest
I gotta start reading ahead…. He has probably injured it before, which is why it shows calcification. Men show these more often because they tend to get into these accidents more than women ;-) Janet From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of Kathy Sent: Tuesday, March 27, 2007 8:49 PM health Subject: Re: Question No suzi he doesn't seem to be ill. Guest guest
I was told not to take Enbrel or Humira with a sinus infection so I would think a staph infection would be the same. Guest guest
It does sound neurological but who knows. I would call the doc. Hope it gets better soon! It sure helps, because we are already overdrawn till next payday which is almost a week away. On to my questions.... I have carpal tunnel in both wrists, but the past two weeks, I've had new/different/worse symptoms. My hand and arm get so numb and painful at night that I have to get up and walk around with them (right is worse than left) hanging down to get any relief. Its worse when I'm laying down. With the carpal tunnel, the pain would mostly go away during the day except for an occasional twinge. Now, I am dealing with total numbness in my right handed fingers (all of them, not just the thumb, index, middle that the ct affect).I had to fill out forms for my sons school today, and couldn't hold the pen. I'm wondering if I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder? But why would it affect both sides? I read the articles about peripheral neuropathy, but don't like to self-diagnos. I see my ortho surgeon for follow up on the knee replacement next week, and I go for my Remicade at the end of the month and will see the rheumy then. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas, suggestions. I've been wearing wrist braces at night, but they are not helping this. Also, my hands are very swollen in the am, more so than normal. Guest guest
It sounds like it might be in your spinal cord. I wouldn't wait to see a doctor about it (preferably a neurologist) -- it can cause nerve damage that can't be corrected if it's not caught early. Just my 2 cents... Take care, > spinningdyke <marywheezer@...> wrote: > HI all, > On to my questions.... I have carpal tunnel in both wrists, but the > past two weeks, I've had new/different/worse symptoms. Guest guest
Lynn ~ I have had that in my hands, but it has been awhile. I even used to drop things I was holding, and couldnt stop it. My hands only do it occasionally now. I get the cramps and the weird spams of my feet pretty often now, and my toes go out of joint, and it is hard for them to go back. On a bad day of it, it is bad all day. On a good day, might not have it at all. It is very unusual and strange feeling as well as painful. I am not sure exactly what it is. I used to refer to it as I have a short circuit in my brain........ I have neuropathy, and I am not sure if that is associated with it or not. I have permanent numb spots here and there all over me. God Bless you Lynn ~ you are in my prayers. Get lots of rest this weekend. Love DSee what's free at AOL.com.

Guest guest
Lynn ~ Vit D depletion and magnesium depletion can do it from what I have already read so far. I will send you what I find on it. My feet are almost a daily deal, and it is so annoying, and it hurts. It also said it can be a precursor to tetney ( convulsions) and I already have seizures, so I dont understand.........I will read more and let you know. I do know you might wanna boost your D and magnesium right now and cut your night shade foods, potatoe, tomatoe, and peppers, and a few others , I am tired and my brain is saying goodnight...........So I will get back with you......Hugs, and you get some rest. Guest guest
Lynn, I used to be holding onto things and suddenly my hand would let go of things.
